ANALYGENCE is pursuing an opportunity to provide support to DHS CISA JCDC (Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative) in creating strategies, processes, procedures, capabilities, and tools to develop and implement cyber planning. This position will support the JCDC Planning Office in developing, maintaining, and implementing program management policies, procedures, processes, templates, and other documents.

• Provide process improvement support across JCDC Planning Office functions.
• Conduct ongoing organizational lessons learned to identify and document project and process successes and potential improvements. 
• Review and consolidate comments provided by management and staff based on internal and external documents reviews. Review for content, clarity, and grammatical accuracy. 
• Assist with developing workflow documentation (e.g., standard operating procedures, work instructions). 
• Support the development and maintenance of knowledge management principles and processes. 
• Create, update, and manage various scheduling tools across the numerous JCDC planning office activity groups to ensure all teams are aligned for cyber incident awareness. 
• Support workforce management and resource planning.
